Lecce and season tickets, one record after another: 16,507 "confirmations." And general sales begin tomorrow.

LECCE – "Via del Mare" will be the extra man on the pitch for Lecce, again next season. The overwhelming enthusiasm surrounding the Giallorossi team has materialized with another record, yet another in terms of the number of season tickets purchased by fans. The first phase of the 2025/26 season ticket campaign, called "Solamente Tu," has concluded. This phase is dedicated to exercising the right of first refusal for last season's season ticket holders who intend to renew their seats.
At the close of this first phase, 16,507 season tickets were purchased. This is a record in the club's history: in the 2024/2025 season ticket campaign, 15,030 season ticket holders exercised their right of first refusal for their old seats, compared to 13,666 in the 2023/24 season. Starting tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m., the general sales phase, open to all, will begin, during which existing season ticket holders will be able to exchange seats while maintaining the discounted rate. The goal already in sight is to break the overall season ticket sales record, which dates back to last season. A year ago, a total of 21,551 season tickets were purchased to attend matches at the "Via del Mare," a significant figure that propelled Lecce to the top of the Serie A league in fan ratings. Last season, in fact, the Salento club was seventh in terms of season ticket holders in the Italian top division, even ahead of top clubs competing in European competitions.
This year, the goal is to grow further, turning the "Via del Mare" into a true fortress, within which to build its fortunes and secure survival, thanks also to the unwavering support of the fans.
This support has been fueled by renewed enthusiasm, particularly with the latest transfer news, starting with the signing of Riccardo Sottil. The 1999-born attacking winger arrived in Salento yesterday. He will now undergo the traditional medical examinations prior to signing a contract with Lecce for next season. Sottil arrives at the Giallorossi on a one-off loan: the Giallorossi will pay Fiorentina a fee of approximately half a million euros.
With his arrival, the attacking wingers are fully equipped, but a lot can still happen between now and the end of August. Should there be another exit from that position, the Giallorossi will be ready to return to the market. Finally, the next move could involve the defense. To strengthen the center of the defense, technical director Pantaleo Corvino and sporting director Stefano Trinchera are looking to Belgium and have their eye on Zeno Van Den Bosch, a right-footed central defender currently owned by Antwerp, who has also played for the Belgian Under-21 national team. The deal is not an easy one, as the 2003-born talent has numerous admirers across Europe, especially given his contract expiring in 2026. However, Lecce is waiting and evaluating the feasibility of the deal.
